Housing Europe is the European Federation of Public, Cooperative & Social Housing. Since 1988 it's a network of 43 national and regional federations gathering in 31 countries. Together they manage around 25 million homes, about 11% of existing dwellings in Europe. The Festival belongs to Housing Europe and is being handed over to organisations that can preserve its spirit and make it thrive.
