Event description:
The seminar will start with an introduction to the Finnish Affordable Housing System and its history by Ministry of the Environment. The Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) will explain the principles how affordable housing is promoted in Finland. ARA and Municipality Finance Plc. will then present the finance of affordable housing system.
