Best practices for affordable housing and addressing energy poverty in Central and Eastern Europe

Target group:
The session targets practitioners working in the field of residential energy efficiency for multiapartment buildings and energy poverty, government and municipal representatives from Central and Eastern Europe, consumer organizations, practitioners from international and EU institutions, NGOs and think tanks engaged in different affordable housing initiatives and addressing different types of energy poverty. Special focus will be given to owner occupiers in multi-apartment buildings living in Central and Eastern Europe and how to address there the issue of energy poverty with energy efficiency retrofitting.

Event description:
At least one Habitat representative will be present at the stand the whole period of the exhibition. S/he will share information and documents and will meet interested participants, exchange information and contact details for future cooperation. We will be showing videos at the stand featuring some best practices. Appointments can be set up with senior representatives of Habitat for Humanity to have a short meeting at the stand.

Registration is not required.
