Target group: Those working in the field of homelessness and homeless services

Event description:
In this event, the speaker will be presenting the scale and size of the homeless crisis on the West Coast.  Particular attention will be given to the programs being developed in the Portland Metro region that are focused on new systems development, focusing equity in programming and understanding how systems level development is key in reducing street homelessness and positive outcomes.

Speaker: Josh Crites
Josh Crites has presented at both ISHF events in Amsterdam and Lyon and brings a perspective from the United States. He has also worked in Germany, the Netherlands and researched in Portugal and Estonia as well.
